National Cadet Dual Meet Championships in Rochester

The 2009 National Cadet Dual Meet Championships will be held June 18-21
at the University Center Field House on the campus of Rochester
Community College. The local organizing committee for the events will
be the Rochester Amateur Sports Commission (RASC) and Minnesota/USA
Wrestling.
This popular event for boys features dual-meet competition between
state-level teams in the Olympic styles of the sport, freestyle and
Greco-Roman. Cadets are athletes who are 15 and 16 years-old.
This will be the first time that this event will be hosted in Minnesota.
Minnesota/USA Wrestling is looking for volunteers to sign up before the
event to ensure that the tournament is a success. They need to fill at
least twelve mats with three volunteers each. Volunteers will receive
front row seats to some amazing wrestling matches, in addition,
depending on the shift they will receive food/beverages and a refund of
the admission fee.
