Ridgewater wins NJCAA Division III Championship

Ridgewater College (Willmar) won the NJCAA Division III Team Championship for the first time in school history on February 26th. The Wariors finished with 76.5 points, one point ahead of Harper College. Ridgewater had four All-Americans: Jeremy Sogge - 4th at 133 pounds, Jarret Hall - 3rd at 157 pounds, Ethan Vogt - 4th at 184 pounds, and Tim Johnson - 5th at Heavyweight.
Itasca (Grand Rapids) finished in third place with 74 points. The Vikings had five All-Americans: Kyle Trout - 6th at 157 pounds, Matt Steffenson - 4th at 165 pounds, Nick Wilkes - 6th at 184 pounds, Chris Thoreson - 6th at 197 pounds, and Joe Fachinni - 7th at Heavyweight.
Finishing in eighth place was Minnesota West (Worthington) with 31.5 points. The Bluejays had one All-American, Dallas Mitchell, who was the champion at 184 pounds.
Rochester placed 11th with 18.5 points. The Yellowjackets had one All-American: Kevin Raasch - 7th at 197 pounds.
