The 17th nationally ranked SJU wrestling team sent wrestlers to the MSU-Moorhead Open and the Wis.-La Crosse Duals on Saturday, Dec. 4. 

At the Wis.-La Crosse duals, the Johnnies went 0-4. The Johnnies lost to Wis.-Oshkosh 21-17, Wis.-Whitewater 23-21, Wis.-La Crosse 38-3 and Wis.-Platteville 30-16. Junior Charlie Sadder (Shoreview, Minn./Totino-Grace) went 3-0 at 149 pounds and junior Dan Willaert (North Mankato, Minn./Mankato Loyola) won two matches at 197 pounds for the Johnnies.
