In his first Big Ten action of the season, senior Chad Steldt made it count by taking a 13-5 major decision victory over OSU's Zach Craiglow. Steldt scored on three takedowns and three nearfall points to put Wisconsin up 16-3.
The Badgers would only win one more match as senior Brady Reinke remained undefeated with a 13-5 major decision victory over Alex Picazo. Reinke now has a 10-0 overall record and is 4-0 in Big Ten dual action.
