SCSU Takedown Club Will Meet on Sept. 12

St. Cloud, Minn. -- The SCSU Takedown Club would like to invite all family, friends and fans of the Husky Wrestling program to its upcoming booster meeting on September 12 at St. Cloud’s Granite City Restaurant at 12:00 p.m.

The Takedown Club is Husky Wrestling’s primary booster club, and through the generosity of its members and contributors provides Husky Wrestling with much needed support.

The 2008-09 edition of Huksy Wrestling under third-year head coach Steve Costanzo, will look to improve upon the 2008 campaign in which they finished with a 13-2 overall dual mark to complement a 12th place finish at the Division II National Tournament. The Huskies qualified seven wrestlers for the national tournament, highlighted by a fourth place finish by Brad Padgett (Buckley, Wash.) at 184 lbs.
