Dragons sign three recruits

MSU Moorhead wrestling coach Keenan Spiess is very excited to announce three high school standouts signing national letters of intent to wrestle for the Dragons in college.

Tyler Kivel

• Scott West High School (MN) - projected college weight 157 lbs.
• Currently ranked #1 in Minnesota at his weight class by "The Guillotine"
• Currently ranked the 16th top recruit in the nation at his weight class by USA Wrestling Magazine
• 2008 MNHS State Runner-up
• 2008 Rumble on the Red Runner-up
• 2007 Minnesota Christmas Tournament Runner-up
• 2 X captain of Scott West Wrestling Team
• Led Scott West to 2008 3rd place State team finish
• 2008 Scott West Team Co-Most ValuableWrester
• 124 career wins heading into his senior year
• 2X USA Folkstyle All-American
• 2X MN/USA State Folkstyle Champion
• AAU Folkstyle National Champion
• MN/USA Junior Freestyle Champion
