from Johnson at the end of the first and beginning of the second tied
the match at 2-2 going into the third period. After an early
escape by Moenkedick in the third, Johnson earned a takedown, but
Moenkedick was able to escape again to keep the match tied up at
4-4. In the overtime period, Johnson took down Moenkedick and was
able to pin him with only 20 seconds remaining in overtime. The
pin gave UNC the six points needed to clinch the win over the Bison.
