Wisconsin wins 3 out of 4 in Senior All-Star Classic

Minnesota won only one dual against Wisconsin over the weekend in the 2002 Minnesota-Wisconsin Senior All-Star Classic.

The Classic was held Friday, March 8, at River Falls High School in Wisconsin and Saturday, March 9, at Augsburg College in Minneapolis. Both sites featured two dual meets with Wisconsin's finest high school seniors meeting the elite seniors from Minnesota.

Pfaffinger named Mr. Minnesota of Wrestling

At the All-Star Classic, Jeff Pfaffinger of Blue Earth Area was named Mr. Minnesota of Wrestling for excellence in wrestling, academics and sportsmanship. The award was voted on by a committee of Minnesota Wrestling Coaches Association (MWCA) members.
