Foley's 50th Year program a success

Last Saturday night, following the conclusion of the annual Falcon Duals, Foley wrestlers, parents, fans, and coaches of five decades flowed to Henry's Banquet Center for the 50th year commemorative program. All of five wrestling coaches from the past 50 years were there to share with the 250 in attendance some thoughts and humor surrounding their time while coaching at Foley. These coaches included Fran Volker (1955-1959), Keith Dyre (1960-1967), Keith Eitter (1967-1969), Mike Rybak (1970-1980), and Tom Keating (1980-1982). All of the past trophies, many pictures and uniforms were displayed for the enjoyment of the crowd. Tom Keating MC'ed the whole event, given his great sense of humor combined with immense knowledge of the sport and the tradition of Foley made this event a memorable one.
