Four ranked teams and 27 rated individuals are scheduled to compete at
the annual Pizza Ranch/JCC wrestling tournament Saturday at the Jackson
County Central High School gym.
Varsity competition starts at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the main gym, with
the B-squad tourney to start at 10 a.m. in the auxiliary gym.
Ranked teams participating are Jackson County Central (fifth in Class
1A in the preseason poll by The Guillotine), Adrian (7th in Class 2A),
Fulda/Murray County Central (11th in 2A) and Madelia/Truman/Martin
Luther (12th in 1A).
Other teams participating are Eagan, Fairmont, Luverne, Martin County
West, Red Rock Central/Westbrook-Walnut Grove, Redwood Valley,
Stewartville, Wabasha-Kellogg, Windom/Mountain Lake/Butterfield-Odin
and Worthington/Round Lake-Brewster.
