The Knights had eight wrestlers that were unbeaten in the section duals. Kyle Schumm, Kraig Schumm, Jordan Campa, Jake Horn, Ben Horn, Shaun Little, Jake Lillie and Kyle Salonek.

The Knights had ten State Qualifiers including seven section championships by David Thorn, Kyle Schumm, Kraig Schumm, Jordan Campa, Kyle Salonek, Jake Lillie and Ben Horn. Dustin Kottke, Mark Frank and Jake Horn all earned second place. Jordan Scherber earned fourth place and Shawn Little, Mon Marcks and Ryan Kessler all took fifth place.

CAMBRIDGE-ISANTI BLUEJACKETS

The Bluejackets advanced to the Section 7AAA semifinals with a huge win over Elk River 61-0 before dropping their semifinal dual to Anoka 32-25.

The Bluejackets had fourteen section place winners including four state qualifiers. Tony Nelson and Chad Larson both won section championships and Kyle Groves, Tal Bakke both earned second place. Derek Johnson, Tyler Swanson, Dalton Lilledahl, Garrett Olson and Joe Holmberg all earned third place. Kyle Hay, Adam Kelling both earned fourth place. Dain Olson and Clayton Jennissen both took sixth place.

BIG LAKE HORNETS

The Hornets advanced to the final four of Section 6AA with a preliminary win over Melrose 74-0 and in the quarterfinals they topped Dassel Cokato 34-18 before dropping their semifinal match to Foley 50-21. They had five wrestlers go 3-0 in the section duals; Matt Nelson, Justin Nelson, Dan Brown, Ben Brown and Justin Haag.

They had nine section place winners including five state qualifiers. Matt Nelson, Justin Nelson and Ben Brown were all won section championships and Tee Baker and Justin Haag both earned second. Dalton Sonnenstahl earned fourth place and Andrew Bradley, Dustin Rost and Dan Brown all took sixth place.

BECKER BULLDOGS

The Bulldogs were beaten in their preliminary Section 6AA dual by Annandale/Maple Lake 32-31. They had six section place winners including four state qualifiers. Section championships by Kevin O’Brien and Brady Schrupp and seconds earned by Jay Woiwor and Daniel Woiwor. Kyle Andres and Clinton Aurentz both earned third place.

The Bison had three wrestlers that were 3-0 in the section duals; David Baker, Danny Maghrak and Matt Jeska. They dropped their quarterfinal state tourney dual to Centennial 36-21 and their consolation semifinal to Prior Lake 35-26.

The Bison had nine section place winners including three state qualifiers. David Baker and Danny Maghrak both won section championships and Matt Jeska earned second place. Brandon Ordorff, Bruce Manz, Zach Smith and Mike Simeon all earned third place. Tanner Maus and Carter Vogt both took fifth place.

MONTICELLO MAGIC

The Magic dropped their Section 6AA quarterfinal dual to Albany 36-24. They had eight section place winners including one state qualifier. Josh Kohler earned second place for his state tourney berth. Ben Schwartz and Tyler Mergen both earned third place, Justin Amidan and Ryan Michaelis both earned fourth place, Zach Roca and Tim Holker both earned fifth place and Randy Ascher took sixth place.

ZIMMERMAN THUNDER

The Thunder dropped their preliminary Section 7AA dual to North Branch 55-15. They had four section place winners including two state qualifiers; including Jeff Nielsen and Mark Robinson. They both won section championships and Cole Tretbar and Andy Roelle both earned fifth place.

ROGERS ROYALS

The Royals advanced to the final four of Section 5AA with their quarterfinal win over MC/RA 39-31. They have seven section place winners including one state qualifier, Todd Klemz earned second place for his state berth. Jeremy Cole earned third place. Jordan Smith, Andrew List and Sam Hines all earned fourth place. Mike Anderson and Joe Praska both earned fifth places.

PRINCETON TIGERS

The Tigers dropped their Section 7AA preliminary dual to Chisago Lakes 44-24. They had three section place winners including one state qualifier Bill Frank earned second place for his state berth and Matt Zdrazil and Joel Wiedewitach both took sixth place.

CENTRAL LAKES CONFERENCE

The Central Lakes Conference had twenty-four state qualifiers and ten state place winners.

ALEXANDRIA CARDINALS

The Cardinals advanced to the finals of the Section 8AAA duals with wins in the Quarterfinal over Moorhead 52-18. They topped Sauk Rapids in the Semifinals 43-28 and in the Championship they lost a very close dual to Buffalo 31-28.

The Cardinals had four wrestlers that were 3-0 in the section duals; Charlie Kirscht, Lucas Betterman, Tanner Weltzin and Tom Bouressa.

The Cardinals had twelve section place winners including eight state qualifiers. John Amundson, Tom Bouressa, and Charlie Kirscht all won section championships. Mike Kirscht, Taylor Morical, Tanner Weltzin, Nate Kelly and Josh Betterman all earned second place. Isaac Meyer earned fourth place and Lucas Betterman, Kyle Fulghum and Dillon Schauff all took sixth place. Head Coach Tom Ellison was named Section 8AAA Coach of the Year.

FERGUS FALLS OTTERS

The Otters dropped their quarterfinal Section 8AA dual to Little Falls 42-27; with five starters missing due to injuries or sickness. They had seven section place winners including two state qualifiers; section champions Drew Ross and Josh Campion. Ryan Jacobson earned third place and Jesse Laugen, Alex Hensch and Matt Laugen all earned fifth place. And Bryant Marquedant took sixth place.

BRAINERD WARRIORS

The Warriors advanced to the final four of the Section 8AAA duals with a win over St. Cloud Tech in the quarterfinals 58-12. They dropped their semifinal dual to Buffalo 37-30.

The Warriors had thirteen section place winners including four state qualifiers; they were section champions Nick Lingwall and Scott Padrnos and runner-ups were Brandon Mutz and Jake Patnode. Nick Grausam, Sam Pagel, Chad Ohman and Greg Flickenger all earned third place. Mack Glasby and Jeff Flickenger both earned fifth place and Dan Wheeler, Kyle Anderson and Jessen Fransen all took sixth place.

LITTLE FALLS FLYERS

The Flyers topped Fergus Falls 42-27 in the quarterfinals of the Section 8AA duals to advance to the final four of the Section 8AA duals. They dropped their semifinal dual to Thief River Falls 42-24.

The Flyers had nine section place winners including three state qualifiers; Steve McMahon was section champion and Dillon Kifer and Cody Bue earned second place for their state tourney berths. Sam Marcus earned third place, Brandon Hiemenz, Charlie Wilczek and Bryant Bue all earned fourth place. Nils Johnson earned fifth place and Derik Jendro took sixth place.

SAINT CLOUD APOLLO EAGLES

The Eagles dropped their quarterfinal dual in Section 8AAA action to Sauk Rapids 38-27. They had ten section place winners including three state qualifiers; Matt Spoden and Mitch Bengtson both won section championships and Matt Shaver earned second place to earn his state tourney berth. Nam Nqugen earned third place, Austin Young and Kyle Bauer both earned fourth place. Sam Koetter and Chris Rocheleau both earned fifth place and Nolan Rial And David Then both took sixth place.

SAUK RAPIDS STORM

The Storm advanced to the final four of the Section 8AAA duals with their quarterfinal win over St. Cloud Apollo 38-27. They dropped their semifinal dual to Alexandria 43-28. They had nine section place winners including two state qualifiers; including a pair of section championships by Wes Voigt and Tyler Spiczka. Evan Warnert, Shane Fesenmaier, Cody Lane, and John Gans all earned third place. Chris Helgeson earned fourth place, Jeremiah Tripp earned fifth place and Mitch Mehwerth took sixth place.

SARTELL SABERS

The Sabers dropped their preliminary section 6AA dual to Dassel Cokato 53-16. They had four section place winners including state qualifier Travis Lewellyn. Travis earned second place, Jess Coffin earned fifth place and Adam Wenker and Brayde Lipp both took sixth place.

ROCORI SPARTANS

The Spartans dropped their quarterfinal Section 6AA dual to Albany 39-27. They had four section place winners including; Jeremiah Dorf earned third place. Chris Braun and Derik Gertken both earned fourth place and Caramon Hanson took sixth place.

SAINT CLOUD TECH TIGERS

The Tigers dropped their quarterfinal Section 8AAA dual to Brainerd 58-12. They had ten section place winners including one state qualifier; Luke Laudenbach earned second place, Nolan Lortz earned third place and Thomas O’Brien, Ben Johnson and Cody Erickson all earned fourth place. Grant Forsythe and Mitch Voigt both earned fifth place and Dieter Brenner, Chris Hoppe and Garrett Leathers all took sixth place.

WILLMAR CARDINALS

The Cardinals dropped their preliminary Section 6AA dual to Litchfield 50-22. They had one section place winner Cody Stegeman earned third place.

WEST CENTRAL NORTH CONFERENCE

The West Central North Conference had nineteen state qualifiers and eight place winners at the State tourney.

The Falcons had five wrestlers that were unbeaten in the Section 6AA duals; Cory Foss, Jacob Bowland, Kris Olson, Jordan Linn and Mike Siegler.

The Falcons had twelve section place winners including five state qualifiers with five section championships by Jacob Bowland, Justin Bowland, Jordan Linn, Kris Olson and Brandon Seppelt. Mike Siegler earned third place and Jeremy Weber and Kevin Beehler both earned fourth place. Zach Jackson, Mark Gehling and Taylor Rothfork all earned fifth place. Cory Foss defaulted out of the tourney, he earned sixth place.

NEW LONDON-SPICER WILDCATS

The Wildcats advanced to the Section 6AA Dual meet Championship with wins over Litchfield 49-9 in the quarterfinals and in the Semifinals over Albany 37-21. They dropped the championship to Foley 31-16. The Wildcats had Chad Henle and John Nething go unbeaten in the Section 6AA duals.

The Wildcats had twelve section place winners including six state qualifiers; Shawn Hatlestad won his first section championship and Chad Henle, John Nething, Andrew Blomker, Brondon Keller, and Dylan Hanson all earned second place for their state berths. Billy Dean and Luke Reiter both earned third place, Zach Borka and Levi Schultz both earned fourth place. Chris DeLong earned fifth place and Chase Austvold took sixth place.

ALBANY HUSKIES

The Huskies advanced to the final four of the Section 6AA duals with a preliminary win over Rocori 39-27 and they topped Monticello in the quarterfinals 36-24. They dropped their semifinal dual to New London-Spicer 37-21. Jamie Holt and Kurt Schlangen were both 3-0 in the section duals.

The Huskies had nine section place winners including three state qualifiers; three seconds by Keith Maciejewski, Matt Dowell and Kurt Schlangen to earn their state tourney berths. Jamie Holt and Taylor Holthaus both earned third place, Kyle Litchy, Scott Groetsch and John Bredick all earned fifth place and Bryan Schlangen took sixth place.

PAYNESVILLE BULLDOGS

The Bulldogs advanced to the finals of the Section 5A Duals with a win in the quarterfinal over Holdingford 49-13 and in the semifinals over Browerville/Eagle Valley 45-21. They dropped they section championship dual to Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City 43-19. Jon Kerzman, Tyler Hemmesch and Cory Spanier were all 3-0 in the Section 5A duals.

The Bulldogs had twelve section place winners including three state qualifiers; three section championships by Jordan Christian, Cory Spanier and Jordan Spaeth. Jeff Albright, Dylan Sheridan, Jon Kerzman, Michael Doom, Andrew Moser and Kevin Klein all earned third place. Ryan Gale earned fourth place and Justin Wendtlandt took sixth place.

LONG PRAIRIE-GREY EAGLE THUNDER
The Thunder had five section place winners including two state qualifiers; Joesph Pesta won his first section championship and Daniel Schad earned second place for his state berth. Chris Callahan earned fifth place and Kelly Holmquist and Brian Reece both took sixth place.

SAUK CENTRE MAINSTREETERS

The Mainstreeters dropped their preliminary Section 5A dual to Browerville/Eagle Valley 42-21. They had four section place winners Aaron Helgeson earned third place, John Gusewelle and Lucian Grow both earned fourth place and Shane Trattles earned fifth place.

WEST CENTRAL SOUTH CONFERENCE

There were a total of 22 state qualifiers and 7 place winners from the West Central South Conference.

The Falcons dropped their quarterfinal state tourney dual to Frazee 35-28 and their consolation semifinal to Kenyon-Wanamingo 34-26. The had eleven section place winners including seven state qualifiers. Nic Leither, Ben Meyer, Micah Larson, Travis Frederickson and Scott Litzau all won section championships. Michael Kramer earned third place, Jakob Calrson and Travis Whitcomb both earned fifth place and Dave Litzau took sixth place.

YELLOW MEDICINE EAST STING

The Sting advanced to the final four of the Section 3A duals with a win over Renville County West in the quarterfinals 59-4 and in the semifinals they lost to Canby 32-21. They had eleven section place winners including four state qualifiers; section champion Casey Field and Dylan Hoffman, Austin Cole and Evan Stock all earned seconds for their state berths. Wyat Sand earned third place, Phil Johnson earned fifth place and Martin Hagen, Logan Johnson, Tanner Aus and Blake Dandurand all took sixth place.

MINNEWASKA LAKERS

The Lakers dropped their quarterfinal section 5A dual to Browerville/Eagle Valley 34-27. They had ten section place winners including five state qualifiers; section champion David Bond and Collin Jergenson, Brandon Manderschied, Danny Braaten and Cam Schafer all earned seconds for their state berths. Justin Frederick earned third place, Jacob Braaten, David Cowen and Frank Martin all earned fifth place and Austin Otto took sixth place.

BOLD/BUFFALO LAKE HECTOR WARRIORS

The Warriors topped Montevideo 50-24 in the quarterfinal dual of the Section 3AA and in the semifinals they fell 46-14 to Windom/Mt. Lake. Butterfield/Odin. They had nine section place winners including one state qualifier Jon Caspers earned second place for his state berth. Kyle Pietig earned third place and Sam Steffel, Cody Hatch, Jacob Revier and Kyle Schulte all earned fourth place. Jaocb Mikowch and Brent O’Halloran both earned fifth place and Alex Steffel took sixth place.

BENSON BRAVES

The Braves dropped their preliminary section 3A dual to Morris/Area Hancock 36-33. They had eight section place winners including two state qualifiers; Ryan Thompson and Brett Hoffman both earned second for the state tourney berths. Brad Plumhoff earned third place, Dalton Staton and Xavier Glawe both earned fourth place. Brady Wersinger, Chris Carruth and Matt Plumhoff all earned fifth place.

LAC QUI PARLE VALLEY EAGLES

The Eagles dropped their preliminary Section 3A dual to Dawson-Boyd 46-24. They had three section place winners including state qualifier Sam Haas. Sam earned second place for his trip to the state, Zac Zinda earned fourth place and Dylan Croat earned fifth place.

MONTEVIDEO THUNDER HAWKS

The Thunder Hawks dropped their quarterfinal Section 3AA dual to Bold 50-24. The had six section place winners including one state qualifier Sam Aalfs, he earned second place. Zach Weckwerth earned third place, Sarrett Norby and Josh Anderson both earned fourth place and Isaac Sulfow and Tim Macziewski both earned fifth place.

MORRIS AREA/HANCOCK TIGERS

The Tigers topped Benson 36-33 in their preliminary Section 3A dual and in the quarterfinals they lost to Canby 65-4. They had two section place winners including one state qualifier Eric Goette; Eric earned second place and Travis Thooft earned fourth place.

CENTRAL MINNESOTA CONFERENCE

There were a total of 17 state qualifiers and 1 place winner from the Central Minnesota Conference.

ROYALTON ROYALS

The Royals topped Pierz in quarterfinal action of the Section 7A duals; they dropped their semifinal dual to Aitkin 47-19. They had twelve section place winners including three state qualifiers; Ben Presler and Neil Zimmerman both won section championships and Jordan Wendtland earned second place for their state berths. Brook Hackett and Andy Poster both earned third place and Odin Guerard earned fourth place. Peter Borash, Kyle Wendtland, Jacob Kasella, Troy Lensing, Graig Lensing and Dan Gadacz all earned fifth place.

PIERZ PIONEERS

The Pioneers lost their quarterfinal Section 7A dual to Royalton 34-33. The had nine section place winners including six state qualifiers; Tanner Tetrick and Alex Huls both won section championships and Clint Poster, Eric Andres, Adam Hyatt and Sean Huls all earned second place for their berths to the state tourney. Shane Smallfield earned fourth place, Brett Brausen and Nathan Tomala both earned fifth place.

HOWARD LAKE/WAVERLY/WINSTED LAKERS

The Lakers dropped their quarterfinal dual in Section 5A action 53-12. They had seven section place winners including four state qualifiers; Tony Horstmann won his first section championship and Cameron Lehner, Emmet Lynch and John Long all earned second to their trips to the state tourney. Jason Koch and Derek Youngren both earned third place and Zach Horstman took sixth place.

EDEN VALLEY-WATKINS EAGLES

The Eagles topped Kimball in the Section 5A duals 47-31; they dropped their quarterfinal dual to Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City 53-13. They had five section place winners including one state qualifier; Jacob Forcier earned second for his trip to the state tourney. Dustin Kramer earned third place and Joe Holdvogt, Kevin Kramer and Marly Kramer all earned fourth place.

BELGRADE-BROOTEN-ELROSA JAQUARS

The Jaquars dropped their preliminary dual in Section 5A to Holdingford 37-31. They had five section place winners including Austin Kampsen earned fourth place, Travis Winter, Cole Tensen and Brent Goodenbauer all earned fifth place and Brent Gregory took sixth place.

HOLDINGFORD HUSKERS

The Huskers topped Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa in their preliminary dual in Section 5A 37-31, before dropping their quarterfinal dual to Paynesville 49-13. They had six section place winners including Devin Scott, Mike Williams, Matt Bieniek and Mike Jarnot all earned fourth place. Lewis Lumley earned fifth place and Andrew Kunstleben took sixth place.

KIMBALL CUBS

The Cubs dropped their preliminary Section 5A dual to Eden Valley-Watkins 47-23. They had six section place winners including one state qualifier; Luke Schiefelbein earned second place for his state berth. Derek Orbeck earned third place, Tanner Meienhofer earned fourth place, Tyler Kuechle earned fifth place and Mitch Pramann and Travis Schiefelbein both took sixth place.

ROCKFORD ROCKETS

The Rockets topped DeLaSalle in their preliminary Section 5AA dual 54-16 before dropping their quarterfinal dual to Saint Michael-Albertville 54-12. They had six place winners including two state qualifiers; including section champions Noah Patnode and Roy Wordlaw, Tyler Bove earned third place. Zach Johnson and John Redepenning both earned fourth place and Eric Jakubowski earned fifth place.

PARK REGION CONFERENCE

There were a total of 18 state qualifiers and 6 place winner from the Park Region Conference.

Myrone Bell, Jordan Vaughan, Brandon Novak, Tyler Wegscheid, Brendan Frost and Andrew Frost were all unbeaten in the Section 6A duals.

The Eagles had eleven section place winners including three state qualifiers; Andrew Frost won his second section championship and Jordan Novak and Brendan Frost both earned second place for their trips to the state tourney. Brian Schornack, Jordan Vaughan, Jake Johnson and Andy Hendrickx all earned fourth place. Josh Bernu and Brian Fischer both earned fifth place and Myron Bell took sixth place.

BERTHA-HEWITT/VERNDALE RAIDERS

The Raiders topped Parkers Prairie in their quarterfinal dual in Section 6A 38-25; before dropping their semifinals to New York Mills 34-29. They had ten section place winners including six state qualifiers. Zak Lambert, Jake Braaten, Sam Moenkedick, Matt Moenkedick and Wade Moenkedick all won section championships and Ethan Kern earned second place after suffering a serious knee injury. Kody Graba earned fourth place, Amos Schmidt earned fifth place and Colin Turchin and Trent Bertram both took sixth place

BROWERVILLE/EAGLE VALLEY BRONCOS

The Broncos topped Sauk Centre in their preliminary Section 5A dual 42-21 and the quarterfinals they topped Minnewaska 34-27. They dropped their semifinal dual to Paynesville 45-21. Travis Borchert, Randy Shamp and Julius Stone were all 3-0 in the Section 5A duals.

The Broncos had seven section place winners including four state qualifiers; including three section championships by Travis Borchert, Julius Stone and Brian Denny. Tyler Spychalla earned second place for his trip to the state tourney, Randy Shamp earned third place, Tyler Dreher earned fourth place and Brad Scheltler earned fifth place.

OSAKIS SILVERSTEAKS

The Silverstreaks topped Long Prairie/Grey Eagle in their preliminary dual in Section 5A action 55-21, in the quarterfinals they topped Howard Lake/Waverly/Winsted 53-12. They dropped their semifinal dual to Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City in a close one 32-27. Clinton Wiener and Wendell Larson were both 3-0 in the Section 5A duals.

The Silverstreaks had seven section place winners including one state qualifier; Wendell Larson earned second place. Clinton Wiener earned fourth place, Isaia Duchene earned fifth place and Jason Johnson, Cole Erie and Jesse Becerra all took sixth place.

PARKERS PRAIRIE PANTHERS

The Panthers topped Breckenridge in their preliminary Section 6A dual 49-19, before dropping their quarterfinal dual to Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale 38-25. They had seven section place winners including three state qualifiers; including section champion Tim Hanson and both Jason Arvidson and Andrew Mesker both earned seconds. Tyler Walsh earned third place, Ryan Silvernick and Chris Westerberg both earned fifth place and Kevin Hahn took six place.

OTTERTAIL CENTRAL BULLDOGS

The Bulldogs dropped their preliminary Section 6A dual to CACGB 38-35. They had eight section place winners including Patrick Nilson earned third place, T. J. Nelson and Kyle Owings both earned fifth place and Zach Johnson, Tyler Olson, Brendon Hart, Jacob Meder and Ty Macheledt all took sixth place.

UNITED NORTH CENTRAL WARRIORS (Menagha-Sebeka)

The Warriors topped Hawley in their Section 8A preliminary dual 52-21 before dropping their quarterfinal dual to Frazee 69-9. They had seven section place winners including one state qualifier Tyler Alf. Tyler won the section championship and Luke Hendrickson and Zach Nevela both earned third place. Max Aho, Nate Aho and Ben Meech all earned fifth place and Jacob Malone took sixth place.

The Gobblers had four wrestlers that were 3-0 in the Section 7A duals; Keith Wasserzieher, Justin Chouanard, Andrew Hallberg and Matt Christensen.

The Gobblers had eleven section place winners including seven state qualifiers including; Matt Christensen, Keith Wasserzieher, Justin Chouarnard and Andrew Halberg all won section championships and Dalton Stevens, Nathan Cummings and Craig Leathers all earned seconds. Levi Stifter earned third place, Taylor Wilke earned fourth place, Jordan Chouanard earned fifth place and Ryan Skinner took sixth place.

MILLE LACS RAIDERS

The Raiders topped Trinity of Rivers Edge in quarterfinal action of Section 7A action 36-34, before dropping their semifinal dual to Crosby-Ironton 45-16. They had eight section place winners including two state qualifiers; Chris Steffenson and Kevin Pederson both won section championships. Ian Prat, Chase Niesen and Zack Olson all earned third place, Pat Sullivan earned fourth place, Dillan Whitney earned fifth place and Mark Francour took sixth place.

HINCKLEY-FINLAYSON/PINE CITY JAGUARS

The Jaguars dropped their preliminary section 7AA dual to Mora 72-6. They had five section place winners including; Jayme Gallagher earned third place, Keegan Edgerton and Jake LeTourneau both earned fifth place and Jard Reiser and Ryan Opsahl both took sixth place.

OGILVIE LIONS
The Lions topped St. Croix Lutheran in their preliminary Section 7A dual 47-29 before dropping there quarterfinal dual to Aitkin 56-16. They had seven section place winners including one state qualifier, section champion Colton Johnston. Mat Hickerson earned third place, Chris Arnold, Levi Berg, Collin Mitchell and Keith Holznagel all earned fourth place, Russ Vandervegt took sixth place.

RUSH CITY TIGERS

The Tigers topped Braham in their Section 7A preliminary dual 48-18, before dropping their quarterfinal dual to Crosby-Ironton 64-18. They had nine section place winners including Jason Benson earned third place, Jake Welna and Luke Carlson both earned fourth place. Josh Conant, Justin Carmichael, Kevin Hochstatter, Frank Smith, Kevin Johnson and Tommy Flemming all took sixth place.

CLOQUET LUMBERJACKS

The Lumberjacks dropped their preliminary Section 7AA dual to Deer River 43-29. They had three section championships by Jordan Land, Mike Land and Simon Thill.

BRAHAM BOMBERS

The Bombers dropped their preliminary Section 7A dual to Rush City 48-18. They had three section place winners including section champion Mitch Gerold, Eric Jokinen earned third place and Allen Kelling earned fifth place.

The Wolves had six wrestlers that were 3-0 in the Section 7AA duals; David Fradette, Mike Kelly, Mitch Nelson, Keith Larson, Mike Crain and Roy Ash.

The Wolves had thirteen section place winners including seven state qualifiers; Denver Rogalla, Dave Fradett, Dennis Taute and Carter Ash all won section championships. Mike Crain, Mike Kelly and Roy Ash all earned seconds, Jake Macho, Ammoren Dohm, Keith Larson and Marshal Ash all earned fourth places. Jared Loegering earned fifth place and Mitch Nelson took sixth place.

KERKHOVEN-MURDOCK-SUNBURG FIGHTING SAINTS

The Fighting Saints advanced to the finals of the Section 3A duals with wins over Dawson-Boyd in the quarterfinals 55-16 and the semifinals over Minneota 31-28. They came up short against Canby in the championship dual as they lost 39-18. They had three wrestlers go 3-0 in the Section 3A duals Kevin Steinhaus, Mitchell Hagen and Joel Bauman.

The Fighting Saints had ten section place winners including six state qualifiers; Kevin Steinhaus, Cody Kinney, Brad Kneisl and Joel Bauman all won section championships and Mitchell Hagen and Aaron Zimmer both earned seconds. Spencer Almen and Klinton Van Heuveln both earned third place and Kurt Timmons earned fourth place.

MORA MUSTANGS

The Mustangs advanced to the Section 7AA championship with wins over Hinckley-Finlayson/Pine City 72-6 in the preliminaries, in the quarterfinals they topped North Branch 39-30 and in the semifinals they defeated Grand Rapids 46-19. They lost the championship dual to Milaca 49-14. They had three wrestlers that were 4-0 in the Section 7AA duals; Andrew Youngblom, Dusty Thorhauer and Brad Koehn.

The Mustangs had ten section place winners including two state qualifiers; Andrew Youngblom and Brad Koehn, they both earned seconds. Terry Ross, Dusty Thorhauer and Seth Sanftner all earned third places, Alex Dahms earned fourth place. Jake Menard, Tyler Carlson and Britt Drews all earned fifth place and Ethan Purdy took sixth place.

PEQUOT LAKE/PINE RIVER/BACKUS ROAD CREW

The Road Crew were forced to forfeit their quarterfinal section 8AA dual because of injuries and sickness. They had eight section place winners including three state qualifiers including; Nic Harrison, Zach Humphrey and Dustin Campbell all earned second place. Pat Bresnahan earned third place, Chris Harrison earned fourth place, Cody Schrupp and Troy Griffith both earned fifth place and Darian Rubner took sixth place.

DASSEL COKATO CHARGERS

The Chargers top Sartell in their Section 6AA preliminary dual 53-16, before dropping their quarterfinal dual to Big Lake 34-18. They had eight section place winners including two state qualifiers; Tony Larson and Chuck Pokornowski both won section championships. Dan Larson, Max Anderson and Brandon Opsahl all earned fourth place, Zach Peterson and Jared Peterson both earned fifth place and Tyler Dobmeier took sixth place.

WADENA-DEER CREEK WOLVERINES

The Wolverines advanced to the Section 6A finals with wins over Wheaton-Herman/Norcross in the quarterfinals 43-30 and in the semifinals they topped Barnesville 37-27. The Wolverines came up short in the championship dual with New York Mills 47-25. They had five wrestlers that went 3-0 in the Section 6A duals including; Mitch Steffens, Jared Wegscheid, Matt Hagen, Trey VanOrsdel and Tony Wegscheid.

They had seven section place winners including two state qualifiers; Trey VanOrsdel and Tony Wegscheid both won section championships. Mitch Steffens, Matt Hagen and Eddie Lustila all earned third place and Jordan Rentz and Jared Wegscheid both earned fourth place.

CROSBY-IRONTON RANGERS

The Rangers advanced to the Section 7A finals with their quarterfinal win over Rush City 64-18 and the semifinal win over Mille Lacs 45-16. They came up a little short in the championship as they dropped their dual to Aitkin 34-24. Hayden Zillmer, Wade Adams, Sam Srock and Ben Rothstein were all 3-0 in the Section 7A duals. They had nine section place winners including five state qualifiers including; Wade Adams, Section Champion, Hayden Zillmer, Brandon Biever, Sam Srock and Ben Rothstein all earned second. Andrew Kayfes and Levi Kugel both earend third place, David Booth earned fourth place and Chris Rothstein took sixth place.

CHISAGO LAKES WILDCATS

The Wildcats topped Princeton in the preliminary dual of Section 7AA 44-24 before dropping their quarterfinal dual to Milaca 64-9. They had seven section place winners including one state qualifier; Tony Montague won a section championship. Derek Silbernagel, Shane Hultman and Pao Thao all earned fourth place, Tony Gall and Mike Michaelson both earned fifth place and Travis Kammerer took sixth place.

NORTH BRANCH VIKINGS

The Vikings topped Zimmerman in their preliminary Section 7AA dual 55-15, before dropping their quarterfinal dual to Mora 39-30. They had seven section place winners including three state qualifiers; Boyd Superat and Greg Arnt both won section championship and Jake Kostik earned second place. Erick Kostik, Matt Newham and John Morrison all earned third place and Tom Mork earned fifth place.

ELK RIVER ELKS

The Elks dropped their quarterfinal Section 7AAA dual to Cambridge-Isanti 61-0. They had eight section place winners including two state qualifiers; Wade Forde and Mitch Hauge both earned second. Tyler Stevens earned third place, Jake Kolar earned fourth place, Holten Lubinski, Kyle Muetzel, Austin Stevens and Eric Stevens all earned fifth place.

BEMIDJI LUMBERJACKS

The Lumberjacks dropped their quarterfinal Section 8AAA dual to Buffalo 31-24. They had ten section place winners including six state qualifiers; three section championships by Brandon Bahr, Steve Masterson and Corey Huber. Colton Doty, Dale Norton and Jake Sorby all earned second place, Derek Lofgren and Lance Richter both earned fourth place. Drew Peterson earned fifth place and Rob Mason took sixth place.

STAPLES-MOTLEY CARDINALS

The Cardinals topped West Central Area in their preliminary dual of Section 6A, before dropping their quarterfinal dual to New York Mills 54-16. They had eight section place winners including one state qualifier; Jordan Bendson won his first section championship. Trent Calrson, Andrew Becker and Kodely Lind all earned third place, Nick Trout and Ryan Detloff both earned fifth place and Devin Becker and Dylan Shequen both earned fifth place.

RENVILLE COUNTY WEST JAGUARS

The Jaguars topped MACCRAY in their preliminary Section 3A dual 53-17, before dropping their quarterfinal dual to Yellow Medicine East 59-4. They had five section place winners including Isaac Johns earned third place, Cole Gigstad and Brett Feltdman both earned fourth place, Drew Hultquist and Derek Helmer both took sixth place.

WEST CENTRAL AREA

The Knights dropped their preliminary Section 6A dual to Staples-Motley 54-21. They had four section place winners including one state qualifier; Jake Long earned first place, Dayton Sternhagen and Colin Ruter both earned third place and Alex Elliot took sixth place.

LITCHFEILD DRAGONS

The Dragons won their preliminary Section 6AA dual over Willmar 50-22, before dropping their quarterfinal to New London-Spicer 48-9. They had six section place winners including; Kyle Ballard and Damien Heairet both earned third place. Brandon Ballard earned fourth place . David Cox earned fifth place and Cody Kalkbrenner and John Binsfield both took sixth place.

ANNANDALE/MAPLE LAKE LIGHTNING

The Lightning topped Becker in their preliminary Section 6AA dual 32-31 before dropping their quarterfinal dual to Foley 70-3 They had five section place winners including one state qualifier; section champion Jake Anderson. Joe Puncochar earned third place, Brian Redemske earned fourth place, Corey Salveson earned fifth place and Alex Couette took sixth place.

GLENCOE/SILVER LAKE/LESTER PRAIRIE PANTHERS

The Panthers dropped their preliminary Section 2AA dual to Waconia 46-29. They had five section place winners including one state qualifier; section champion Alex Jensen. Lucas Kloos, Essex Koester and Jeremy Chaplin all earned fourth place and Nick Tritz earned fifth place.

BRECKENRIDGE COWBOYS

The Cowboys dropped their preliminary Section 6A dual to Parkers Prairie 49-19. They had five section place winners including one state qualifier; section champion Alex Johnson. Don Pierce and Stephen Erlandson both earned third place, Greg Erlandson earned fourth place and Chris Nattis took sixth place.

MACCRAY WOLVERINES

The Wolverines dropped their preliminary Section 3A dual to Renville County West 53-17. They had five section place winners including Mitch Rosendahl earned third place, Thomas Uttermark earned fourth place. Joe DeGrote and Levi Berends both earned fifth place and Taylor Witt took sixth place.

ORTONVILLE TROJANS

The Trojans dropped their preliminary Section 3A dual to Pipestone Area 59-12. They had three section place winners including section champion Eric Croatt, Jason Roggenbuck earned fourth place and William Kaiser earned fifth place.

Austin Nilson earned third place, Zach Fridgen earned fifth place and Reece Hanson took sixth place.

CHOKIO-ALBERTA/CLINTON-GRACEVILLE ROAD WARRIORS

The Road Warriors topped Ottertail Central in their preliminary Section 6A dual 38-35, before dropping their quarterfinal dual to Barnesville 62-12. They had four section place winners including two section champions Matt Benson and Mitchell Andrews. Colter Combellich earned fourth place and Sam Maanum took sixth place.

MOORHEAD SPUDS

The Spuds dropped their quarterfinal Section 8AAA dual to Alexandria 52-18. They had nine section place winners including one state qualifier Ben Gaughan earned second place. Brock Tallakson, Derek Osland, Mark Wychor and John Wychor all earned fourth place, Nick Collum, James Stetz and James Golling all earned fifth place and Rafael Rositas took sixth place.
