PINE ISLAND 5TH ANNUAL HOLIDAY TOURNAMENT Wednesday, December 23rd, 2009 -- 5:30 pm Pine Island High School Gym map 223 1st Ave SE, Pine Island, MN 55963 PRE-REGISTRATIONS -- THE HONOR SYSTEM WILL BE USED FOR WEIGHT. THERE WILL BE SPOT WEIGHT CHECKS THROUGHOUT REGISTRATION. WALK-INS ALSO WELCOME. Time: Sign-in/Registration 3:30-5:00 pm, Wrestling begins at 5:30 SHARP! Admission: Adults $3.00, Students $2.00 (grades K-12) Awards: T-SHIRT for ALL 1st PLACE WINNERS, MEDALS for 2nd-6th PLACES Rules: Six-man round robin will be used when possible. Mat side coaching will be allowed, if you have a wristband. However, if an individual is asked to leave mat side, they must do so immediately or they will be asked to leave the building. High school rules and scoring will be used during the matches. We will run three one-minute periods per match. Food: Scrumptious concessions will be served throughout the tournament! Pairing: Wrestlers will be paired with other wrestlers in their own grade and weight if possible.
