TOURNAMENT

**PREREGISTRATIONS are recommended. Any brackets that
fill
with preregistered wrestlers will wrestle first,
regardless of grade!!
Walk-ins are also welcome.
**The Honor System will be used for weight. Spot checks
WILL be done throughout registration.
TIME: Sign-in/Registration: 3:30-5:00
Wrestling begins at 5:30 SHARP!!
We will be running both gyms this year if we have enough
volunteers
ADMISSION: Adult: $3.00; Students: $2.00 (grades
K-12)
AWARDS:
- T-Shirt for all 1st place winners
- Medals for 2nd thru 4th places (grades Pre-K thru 2nd)
- Medals for 2nd thru 6th places (grades 3 thru 6th)
RULES:
- Grades pre-K thru 2nd will use 4-man round robin
whenever possible.
- Grades 3rd thru 6th will use 6-man round robin
whenever possible.
- Mat side coaching will be allowed, if you have a
wristband.
However, if any individual is asked to leave mat side,
they must do so
immediately or they will be asked to leave the building.
- High school rules and scoring will be used during the
matches.
- We will run three-one minute periods per match (with
MSHSL overtime rules).
FOOD and APPAREL:
- Concessions will be served throughout the tournament.
- D.W. Wrestling Products will also be on hand selling
gear.
PAIRING: Wrestlers will be paired with other
wrestlers in their own grade and weight whenever
possible.
REGISTRATION: $12.00 per wrestler - One (and only
one) Coaches wristband will be given with each registration
VOLUNTEERS: We are offering Registration
Reimbursement to
any wrestler who has a parent, sibling, relative, friend,
etc.
volunteer some time during our tournament.
- 1 hour of volunteering will get half the registration
fee reimbursed ($6.00).
- 2 hours of volunteering will get the entire
registration fee reimbursed ($12.00).
- 1 reimbursement per volunteer.
- The volunteer must be old enough to perform the task.
- Majority of work will be at a matside table which does
not require any experience.
- Volunteers will not miss their wrestler’s matches.
- Time slots will be filled on a first come, first serve
basis.
- You must still send the registration fee with the
form. Any
and all refunds will be given after the
volunteer’s shift is over
the night of the tournament.
- Please fill out the volunteer information below if you
would like to volunteer. Be sure to include a MINIMUM of
1 form of
contact information.
- Volunteers will also get free refreshments during
their shift.

- Pre-Registrations must be RECEIVED no later
than December 20th. Registration is
non-refundable, No exceptions. In the case of bad
